Won't bring my BMW anywhere honest-A1 auto.

My problem was simple - my car wouldn't start. I jumped it with cables and drove it to Honest-1 in the late morning without an appointment. They checked it out and called me with an estimate in a couple of hours, then completed the work by mid-afternoon. And did it all with friendliness. I can't think of anything they could have done better.

I have used Honest1 on Hamline multiple times for both my Audi and my mom’s Subaru. From getting new tires, to battery changes, to ‘engine light on’ diagnostics, always repairing the issue (and explaining in terms I understood.) I have always received immediate and exceptional service and each time the cost was much lower than I had expected. Sometimes they didn’t even charge me!

Best customer service I've ever gotten. These guys are swamped with work but still somehow manage to listen and make you feel like a valued client. Will definitely return!
