My first experience at Honest-1 and they were superb. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I was in the right place! Jim greeted me within 1 second although helping another customer. 2 seconds later Bill started checking me in for an oil change. Bill made it so easy to understand my choices for oil change; helped me make the best choice for me and my vehicle. They also helped me get the SPPD provided/recommended cat converter ID applied to my catalytic converter during the oil change. Courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, fast, great price. They also alerted me to an issue with a tie rod that will need replacing at some point and provided an estimate. Loved my experience; and I think I'm hard to please. I'll be back!!
