They were very personable and helped me out with my headlight issue, and offered other basic services I needed at a fair price.

My 2016 Toyota Sienna minivan needed rear brakes. We had a weekend road trip planned so I wanted to get it done that week. The dealer couldn't fit us in until Friday morning, which was too tight of a schedule for us. Called Honest-1 on my mom's recommendation and they could get me in and out that day. The gentleman working the front desk and phone (I wish I could remember his name!) was very professional and straightforward when talking about timeline, cost, and he wasn''t pushy about additional recommended services. If I had anything negative to say it would be that they have a very small parking lot and it was a busy day at the shop, so parking was a bit of a challenge...but there's not much they can do about that!

Excellent customer service and very honest. I was told by dealership that my back brakes were low only to find out they are better than ok. Honest-1 lives up to their name! Thank You and I will be a long term customer.

2 other car shops could not figure out what was wrong with my CRV, but Honest-1 fixed the air compressor problem! Happy to get it FINALLY fixed and appreciated discussing the issue with the guys at the shop.

I had a great experience at Honest 1-Auto Care in May 2021. I thought my catalytic converter had been stolen, because my car was making a loud rattling sound and there's been a rash of cc thefts recently. Turns out, the rattling was just because the heat shield had come loose! I felt silly for not being able to tell the difference, but I wasn't met with any judgement from the folks at Honest Auto Care. As a young woman who is often treated condescendingly by people who work at auto shops, I really appreciated that they just told me clearly and professionally what was wrong, without making me feel stupid for not knowing. They fixed the heat shields at no cost. In addition, they offered the service of spray painting the catalytic converter to deter potential future thieves. Since I live in an area where many of them are being stolen, I decided to take them up on this, which cost $30. The whole visit took about 20min and I was really satisfied with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Honest Auto Care, and I will definitely be returning!

This auto shop is amazing! I never trust my car anywhere else. This is my second time with this business and both visits were great! Things were explained to me so I was able to understand what was going on with my car.
