My 2016 Toyota Sienna minivan needed rear brakes. We had a weekend road trip planned so I wanted to get it done that week. The dealer couldn't fit us in until Friday morning, which was too tight of a schedule for us. Called Honest-1 on my mom's recommendation and they could get me in and out that day. The gentleman working the front desk and phone (I wish I could remember his name!) was very professional and straightforward when talking about timeline, cost, and he wasn''t pushy about additional recommended services. If I had anything negative to say it would be that they have a very small parking lot and it was a busy day at the shop, so parking was a bit of a challenge...but there's not much they can do about that!

Excellent customer service and very honest. I was told by dealership that my back brakes were low only to find out they are better than ok. Honest-1 lives up to their name! Thank You and I will be a long term customer.
