Brought my 2013 Subaru Outback in for a simple low beam headlight fix. Even brought my own headlamp to put in. They called me after I dropped it off to let me know I had a high beam out as well - good catch on their part! When I went to pick up the car I tested it out quick and noticed the low beam they replaced wasn't put in right - still no light. Initially they told me I might have to go to a Subaru dealer to get a factory bulb alignment due to state laws. I told them it was fine two days ago before it burned out. I also informed them that I had replaced the other one myself and hadn't gotten it seated right the first time - maybe they should try to re-seat it. They tried that and it worked! Had I been an ignorant consumer, I might have spent a couple of hundred more dollars having a dealer "realign" my bulb housing unnecessarily - so three stars. Don't be afraid to do a quick test post-install, Honest-1!
