Prompt and friendly service. Just in for an oil change - no overselling, no delays. Everything went smoothly. I'll stop again.

I went in for oil change, my car takes 5-20 they put in 5-30. Then they told me my car needed 2000.00 in repairs. When I went to a different mechanic they told me I only needed new tires. My car is working fine now.

I truly enjoy bridging my vehicle here. The staff is always helpful and most importantly honest! I drive out of my way just to go to this shop.

The recommnded replacing my entire engine when the only problem was a bad starter. I took a different car here 3 times last year for overheating problems and they misdiagnosed the problem the first 2 times they looked at it. They're convenient and polite, loaner cars are usually available, but the work they do is anything but honest.

For those in the neighborhood, this used to be Steve's Auto many many years ago. I liked it and valued having a place nearby that I trusted. Steve retired and this new corporate company did a huge makeover (no more pinup girl calendars) and then they had the audacity to call themselves HONEST ONE! Hrmff! I watched it for a month before stopping in for an oil change. I told the Service Rep that calling themselves Honest One on the car repair industry was pretty daring. He smiled and agreed. That was many years ago.. They ARE Honest and it's nice to go somewhere that knows my face and car when I come in. They know their business and will give me their opinions even if it means they won't make a lot of money from my visit. They still have my business and a five star review.

With a quick but thorough conversation about the problem with my car, Robert saved me time and money. I am grateful for his ability to listen and problem solve versus doing every test at more expense. I appreciate his honesty. I have been happy with the service I have received here for years, both at this location and by lake Josephine.
