For those in the neighborhood, this used to be Steve's Auto many many years ago. I liked it and valued having a place nearby that I trusted. Steve retired and this new corporate company did a huge makeover (no more pinup girl calendars) and then they had the audacity to call themselves HONEST ONE! Hrmff! I watched it for a month before stopping in for an oil change. I told the Service Rep that calling themselves Honest One in the car repair industry was pretty daring. He smiled and agreed. That was many years ago.. They ARE Honest and it's nice to go somewhere that knows my face and car when I come in. They know their business and will give me their opinions even if it means they won't make a lot of money from my visit. They still have my business and a five star review. (shhh don't tell everyone about this secret neighborhood gem.)

Ran into a an emergency with my car while traveling. Robert and the others were knowledgeable and helpful, and they got me in immediately for a diagnostic. I feared the worst, but my car was back in use the same afternoon! My trip to Colorado was able to proceed on schedule. Thanks!

My car battery died one morning when I went to leave for work. Triple A told me it would not hold a charge and needed a battery replacement. I called Honest 1 and explained my situation and that I needed to be to work soon. They said they would fit me in, they replaced my battery in under an hour and I was able to make it to work on time.

I get my oil changes done here. The staff is fast and friendly. I’ve never had any issues. I love that the lobby has a “kids corner” so my kids have something to do while we wait.

Knowledgeable, friendly and with useful mailed coupons for existing customers (not just the teaser first service deal!) I've limped in with my old truck and had them give me a quick driveway diagnosis even when they're swamped, that alone would have made me a customer. No matter where you go a good mechanic is not cheap, but knowing they're going to be honest and work with you on keeping your vehicle running safely keeps me coming back.

I’ve been here multiple times, the staff is really friendly and treats me with respect. I never feel that they are being dishonest about my auto needs.
