Great service (as always)! Quick, friendly and came in under the estimate.

I was an oil change place close to Honest 1 and all my break lights went out. My car was having Electrical problems a couple of months before this. I took it to two different shops and they could not figure it out or gave me the wrong info. So on the day I found out all my break lights were not working, I called honest 1. They told me to drop off the car and they gave me a loaner. Next day my car was fixed. They figured out it was a sensor and no problems. They went out of their way to figure out what was wrong and it was done fast

They showed me exactly what was wrong with my car in the garage. They made recommendations about what repairs were necessary for safety and which could wait. They accidentally cross-threaded the drain plug for the oil pan, which damaged it, causing leaking. They took care of it and replaced it for free.

Fast and friendly service. Used a coupon from the website to get an oil change for $19...that's a great deal! Also had my AC fixed. Customer waiting area is clean and the smells from the garage do not permeate the waiting area. Snacks and beverages are provided. I decided to try this place out because it's walking distance from my house, so very convenient. Employee was friendly and clearly explained what work had been done on my car. Price was reasonable.

So completely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. There was poor communication about when my car would be finished throughout the almost 2 weeks of not having it in my possession. When I finally got it back after a large amount of work, I realized that there was almost no radiator fluid in the reservoir. I would expect that they would check all fluids before telling me the car was ready. I was clearly wrong. I will not be bringing my car back here.

Would recommend setting an appoint a couple days beforehand to get your car back sooner, staff is always kind and quick with services and will answer majority of your questions.

The staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. I called to get in for an oil change on a time crunch. The man who helped me was very kind and accommodating, even directed me to a coupon. When I arrived both men behind the counter went out of their way to be friendly and listen to me. I was expecting to pay full synthetic, but he determined it could be done with a blend which saved me over $60. I really appreciated the honesty and customer service at this location, I will most certainly return for future needs.
