On very short notice and the day before a holiday, this shop took in our vehicle for an OLF and AC charge. We were able to go out of town with full confidence the car was in good shape for the trip.
Tim did an exceptional job with my sons Mercedes which had a couple of stuck fuel injectors. His communication of the status on parts arriving as well as the professionalisms through the entire repair will make me a customer for life. My family will be bringing all of our vehicles here. My wife found it especially impressive that he was even playing with our children and our puppy when we picked up our vehicle.
Was able to make a same-day appointment, and wasn't waiting long. Nice, clean bathroom, snacks, and coffee available, as well as good seating. Friendly staff; very relaxed and poised.
Staff were friendly and even though I had to wait about an hour, they were extremely busy and still prioritized to get me out on time.
