Ryan did a great job explaining the options for replacing our damaged tire. New tire was received and installed within a couple of hours of when we brought the car in.

I’ve been there two times now. Both experiences were positive. Car was ready quickly. Didn’t feel I was overpriced. It’s close to my day job, so dropping and picking up is a short uber ride, if family is not available. Plan to continue using this shop.

We came to Honest 1 on the recommendation of a friend when we sprung a leak and needed help FAST. They were willing to take us same day and were prompt with communicating. Everyone was very helpful, they figured out our problem and helped us through deciding our best course of action (old truck, very rusty, lots of issues) We are incredibly grateful for the service we received, it helped us navigate a challenging day with ease.

Both the mechanic and the person at the front desk were very nice, and my tire was fixed very quickly.
