Called for a oil change appointment. They were great got me,in on time and had it all finished in about 45 minutes. I don't like the really fast places. Like when they take their time and do a great job.

Extremely disappointed in my experience here. Two stars only because the people that work there are pretty good dudes. But they have no problem taking your money. Went in for a free brake inspection. They found nothing mechanically wrong or dangerous, but some wheel speed sensors were out. Ok... no big deal... one costs 50 bucks and the other is like 30, plus the tech said "they take about 20 minutes to put in." They quoted me 374 dollars (which turned into 523 dollars somehow) for this. The invoice showed 1.56 hours of labor for this job. When i addressed this and told him that the tech told me ot takes like 20 minutes, the guy literally said nothing at all. I agreed for one reason ONLY. they told me it would fix the problem and the abs lights would turn off. I paid 523. The problem isnt fixed. Had i known it wouldnt be fixed as i was told, i would have spent 80 bucks to get these sensors and slapped them in myself. Now... if you pay to fix something because you are assured it will be fixed.... and it doesnt get fixed... why would you still pay the full quoted price? Apparently there was also a bad abs ring too, which wasnt caught in the diagnosis... so, they were wrong when they told me the 523 repair would fix it, which is at the VERY least extremely misleading. An abs ring costs 7 to 16 dollars. The whole assembly is 34 to 80. Its 4 bolts. They quoted me 460 dollars. Unbelievable. I came in to have a symptom diagnosed. I left with the same symptom, 523 dollars poorer (which is easily 300 too much), another quote thats about 350 dollars too high, and a vehicle that smelled like cigarettes. Pit in my stomach ever since I left today about how this went.

This is the second excellent experience I've had with Hones t1 Auto Care. I attribute both to the phenomenal customer service skills and integrity that Bruce displays as a manager. I first met him at the lexington location when the charging system on a recently acquired car was failing. At no point did I feel like Bruce recommended the most expensive route, or anything unnnecessary. He was to the point, explained he would rule out simple things first before doing expensive diagnostics, and if necessary would move forward from there. It was the same experience with my 2nd encounter. I had my ideas as to why my car was failing, and Bruce explained it could be any number of things. He told me he suspected it was a particular issue, but couldn't say for sure without a thorough analysis, but he would start by looking there so as to not waste time and money. His hunch was right and I walked away very satisfied.

Honest-1 provides a very professional customer service aspect to auto repair and service that I don't find at other places. Examples: text reminders, courteous people, no pressure recommendations and advice, on schedule service completion. Everything has been great thus far and I've been using them for about 6 months.

Fast oil change. My son enjoyed the hot cocoa. Like how they inspected my vehicle and wrote up suggestions for necessary repairs without pressure tactics. Will be back!

I've been bringing my 10 yr old car here for several years. I've always felt they are honest, don't try to sell me something I don't need, in fact they have helped me with alternatives to keep it running. I appreciate that so much!
