Straight shooter, telling it like it is, with no sugar on top and no fluff. I felt like the the diagnosis was accurate and timely. The labor was that much quicker. The rate is not bargain basement. But it is reasonable and as a first time customer, I'm sure I'll be back.

Clean waiting area, prompt service, no run around, and reasonable price (it never hurts to ask about discounts). Labor rate is high enough though, that it might be better to do easy replacements DIY.

Hello, I woke up on Friday morning, when I went out to start my car and go to work it would not start. After road side assistance came and started my car I went to Hamline and Hoyt services. They took me right in and did a great job on my HHR. Very friendly and explains things well. They also changed the bulb on the passengers side turn signal and did an oil change. I will be going back to have my car serviced again when need be. Thank you so much Hinest One!!!
I came in for a diagnostic on my car that wouldn't start and that had both brake lights out. My car was evaluated almost immediately upon arrival, and I was thrilled that I could be seen on the same day I started experiencing the issue. The diagnostic took less time than quoted and found that the battery was the only issue. I appreciated the frequent updating throughout the labor process and how the amount I ended up paying was less than originally quoted. The staff were friendly and helped me keep a sense of humor about the whole thing. I will definitely take future business here and recommend Honest-1 Auto to friends.
