Hello, I woke up on Friday morning, when I went out to start my car and go to work it would not start. After road side assistance came and started my car I went to Hamline and Hoyt services. They took me right in and did a great job on my HHR. Very friendly and explains things well. They also changed the bulb on the passengers side turn signal and did an oil change. I will be going back to have my car serviced again when need be. Thank you so much Hinest One!!!

I came in for a diagnostic on my car that wouldn't start and that had both brake lights out. My car was evaluated almost immediately upon arrival, and I was thrilled that I could be seen on the same day I started experiencing the issue. The diagnostic took less time than quoted and found that the battery was the only issue. I appreciated the frequent updating throughout the labor process and how the amount I ended up paying was less than originally quoted. The staff were friendly and helped me keep a sense of humor about the whole thing. I will definitely take future business here and recommend Honest-1 Auto to friends.
