I really wanted to give this place a higher review, and their front desk people are very nice. But unfortunately, I had a lot of issues and ended up taking my car to another shop to fix their mistakes (paying a lot of extra $$). I brought my car here because of a mystery vibration. They diagnosed it as a faulty drive shaft, and ordered a new one. One week later, they installed it, and realized they diagnosed it wrong. I do understand that happens. So now they tell me it is the transfer case and tell me they are re-installing my old drive shaft. A couple of days later, they install the new transfer case, and return the car to me. First thing I notice is grease all over my interior. I spent time cleaning it off my steering wheel, dash, and floor. Bigger issue: my car has a new noise that didn't exist before. At this point, I scheduled an appointment at a different mechanic. Within hours, they tell me the drive shaft was installed wrong and was missing bolts. They re-installed it and thank goodness, that nightmare is over. I would not recommend at all (but Turbo Tim's was great!!).
